Merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be authorized before sending them back to us. We charge a 20% restocking fee and all items much be in new, unused and in resellable condition.
Customer receipt or proof of purchase is required for a refund. A credit or gift certificate will be issued in the event that proof of purchase cannot be located. Please include your packing slip or order number and customer name in your return shipment. For assistance and our return address, contact us at 1-800-560-8550. A refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of your return into our center.
Special Orders or Personalized Items
Special order merchandise is custom made upon order and is non-returnable and non-refundable. Special orders have a 50% cancellation fee, if the order is canceled more than 24 hours after placement. Laurent Doll reserves the right to modify its exchange and return policies at any time.
How long does my refund take?
Refunds generally appear on your credit card statement in one to two billing periods. Since all our online orders require credit cards as the method of payment, your refunds will take the form of a credit back to the same card used to make the original purchase.
